G/317 7. Remove the sealing ring (1). 8. Remove the assemblies of connecting rods - pistons - barrels. NOTE: The connecting rod and connecting rod cap are numbered at ''a'' (the same number on both parts), When the connecting rods are fitted to the engine this number is to be facing towards the camshaft. Before dismantling mark the connecting rods with a punch or figures, showing the order of assembly in the engine. Commence the marking with No. 1 connecting rod at the clutch end.
