‘) 8) Prepare the differential. Fit in the housing, one thrust washer, one planet gear (4), one fixed thrust washer (2), one satellite (3) and one spindle (5). . Turn the planet gear and check that at the point of least clearance, there remains a clearance of 0.1 mm. If not, replace the thrust washers to attain this clearance. Remove the satellite and its thrust washer and mark the position of this assembly in the housing.
