REPLACING A FAN COWL. Removal, 25, Disconnect the battery terminals. 26. Remove the fan (see paras. 10 and following in this operation). 27. Remove the securing screws (2) from the fan cowl and remove it. Assembly. 28. Offer up the fan cowl, insert the securing screws (2), without tightening them (plain and spring washers under the head). 29. Fit the fan (see paras. 13 and following this operation).
