5/433 ASSEMBLY. 48. Connect the gearbox to the engine. a) Ensure that the dowels of the gearbox are in place on the cylinder block. b) Offer up the gearbox, turning the using the starting handle dog, pushing the gearbox meanwhile, to facilitate entry into the splines. c) Tighten the screws securing the gearbox (spanner 2431-T), d) Fit the starter motor, NOTE;- The gearbox is secured to the sump by means of two screws with flats (spanner 1677-T).
