8. Fit the spring ina clamp MR 4158-50, compressing the spring in a vice and fitting the pins (A) to secure the outer coils of the spring. Fit this assembly, spring and clamp, on the cable and sheath. Fit it between the brake levers. Insert the cable in the lever slot. Remove the pins (A) and correctly engage this spring on the lever bosses. Remove the clamp. Carry out the same operation on the second spring. Fit the cable sheath in the securing clip on the gearbox. Adjust the cable sheath tension (see Op. DJ. 454-0). Fit the radiator (see Op. DX.232-1) and the front left-hand wing.
