REPLACING A BRAKE CABLE. REMOVAL. 1. Remove the front left-hand wing. 2. Remove the radiator (see Op. DX, 232-1). 3. Free completely the cable sheath (3) by unscrewing to the maximum the locknut (2) and the nut (1). 4, On the right-hand free the cable from the lever (7), the spring, and the cable sheath (5), from the levers (6) and (3). 5. Free the cable and the sheath from the securing clip (4) on the gearbox housing.
