5. Disconnect the rack control rod. Turn the steering on stand 1999-T to bring the steering pinion underneath. Insert screwdriver portion (C) of the fixture 1999-T into the slot in the rack. Adjust the position of the rack and the steering so that the screwdriver may be fixed onto the attachment 1999-T. Turn down the tongue of the locking tab on the central ball pin. Lock the ball pin using extractor (B) 1966-T.
