W139 REPLACEMENT OF A RACK HYDRAULIC CONTROL (without removing the steering). Removal. 19, Loosen the wheel nuts on the front right-hand wheel and put the front of the car on stands. Remove the wheel and the front right-hand wing. 20. Release the pressure, loosening by about one third of a turn the bleed screw of the pressure regulator, 21. Drain the steering circuit by turning the steering wheel to full lock to both right and left.
