REPLACING A HIGH PRESSURE PUMP. REMOVAL. 1. Release the pressure (see Op. DX. 00), 2, Remove: - the tie-rod between the high pressure pump and the centrifugal regulator, - the centrifugal regulator belt. 3. Disconnect: - the pipe (5) connecting the pressure- regulator to the pump, ~ the pump tie-rod (2) from the pump, - the suction pipe (1) from the pump. 4, Remove the nut (3) from the pump fulcrum pin (16 mm ring spanner or 2250-T).
