June 1966. Corrective No.1 REPLACEMENT OF A FILTER ELEMENT. REMOVAL. 1. Raise the vehicle on stands (jacking bracket 2505-T) or lift. Drain the oil from the engine. 2. Remove the oil filter access plate under the sump. NOTE : Draining of the sump is never complete, oil continues to drip from it. 3. Remove the screw (1), the strainer assembly (2) and the filter element (3).
