INSTRUCTIONS FOR FITTING THE FRONT EXHAUST PIPE TO M25/662 and M25/648 TYPE ENGINES Fit into front exhaust pipe (1) the ball-joint (6) plus joint Tighten to 2.5 mdaN. Fit the turbine housing (5) with a seal. Engage clamp (4) on the turbine 4 studs (3) Slide a 5 mm thick shim between the sump and pipe (1) to allow for a clearance M25/662, type engine: insert a seal between waste- pipe (2) and the turbocharger
