The piston (1) having thus moved right over to the switch side, will at the same time ensure a seal with the detector body and the piston, thus avoiding an important loss of fluid. BLEEDING THE BRAKES When bleeding the brakes, the pedal must be depressed very lightly, so as not to block the fluid passage at the level of the leak detector.
