NOTE : Proceed in the same way for checking the alternator outputs 45 amps (PARIS-RHONE A 13 R119, or DUCELLIER 7558 A) See chapter III, § 2 (page 2, same operation) where the different values of checks are indicated. 1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. 2. Disconnect the charge lead (coloured black) from the «+» alternator terminal (1). 3. Connect an ammeter in series and a rheostat in parallel to the charge circuit.
