3/G/399 REPLACEMENT OF A HEATER CONTROL VALVE. Dismantling. 1, Drain the radiator, (save the liquid which ” contains anti-freeze). 2. Remove: - the air filter and its bracket, - the exhaust shield. 3. Disconnect the delivery hose to the heater valve from the hot water outlet pipe on the cylinder head. 4, Disconnect the delivery hose (2), from the heater radiator, Remove the clip (1) holding the hose to the scuttle panel.
