1G/355 REMOVAL. 1. Remove the engine-gearbox assembly (see Op. DY.100-1). Leave the engine-gearbox assembly suspended from a pulley block, Drain the oil from the engine. 2. Remove: - the timing case cover (1), - the bracket (3) securing the exhaust down- pipe, - the sump (2). 3. Remove the distributor, a) Loosen the nuts (4) securing the clamp-plate. b) Turn the distributor about 90° and free it. 4. Remove the oil pump.
