REPLACEMENT OF A HEATER CONTROL VALVE, Removal. 1. Drain the radiator, (Save the liquid which contains anti-freeze). 2. Remove:- - the air filter and its bracket, - the exhaust shield. 3, Disconnect the heater valve inlet hose from the water delivery pipe on the cylinder head. 4, Disconnect the delivery hose (2) from the heater radiator. Remove the supporting clip (1) from the hose on the scuttle panel,
