5. Remove the damper valve (2), the sealing ring (1) between the cylinder and the sphere. Clean the damper valve housing with alcohol. Assembly. 6. Screw the damper valve (2) into the suspension sphere and tighten to between 11 and 12} ft. lbs (1.5 to 1.7 (torque spanner 2473-T), NOTE:- Do not exceed this tightening torque, to avoid deformation of the damper valves,
