518.Add.1. Iwlig9 OVERHAULING A CLUTCH CYLINDER, Dismantling. 1, Remove the dust cover and control rod assembly from the cylinder. 2. Remove the pin (1) and the nut (2) from the cylinder, 3. Force the piston from the cylinder using fluid under pressure (test rig 2290-T), or compressed air. 4, Remove the ring seal using a small brass wire hook. 5. Clean all parts thoroughly with alcohol and blow with compressed air. Assembly. 6. Insert the mandrel MR. 3045-60 (A) in the cylinder, 7. Moisten the ring seal (5) with special hydraulic fluid.
