OVERHAULING AN AIR FILTER, "MIOFILTER" TYPE. DISMANTLING. IMPORTANT: Clean the filter element every 6000 miles approximately (10,000 km.). 1. Release the 3 catches. Raise the upper cover (1). Remove the filter element (2). 2. Clean the parts in petrol. Blow the filter element out with compressed air, then immerse it in engine oil and allow it to drain, ASSEMBLY. 3. Make quire sure that the gasket (3) is correctly located on the filter element.
