518.Add.i. w/5 RE NO 31, 32, 33. 34, 35. 36. NO PLACING A CORE PLUG. TE: To replace a core plug (on the exhaust manifold side), remove the cylinder head (see Op. DX.112-1). Removal, Drain the radiator and cylinder block (save the liquid which contains anti-freeze. Disconnect the cables from the battery terminals. Remove the leads from the sparking plugs. Remove: - the air filter and its flexible elbow - the cylinder head cover and its gasket.
