EXHAUST VALVE SEAT INLET VALVE SEAT Exhaust valve seats For the seating : 90° wheel 1627-T For the top clearance : 120° wheel 1660-T For the bottom clearance : 60° wheel 1633-T 4. Grinding the valves and seats. Use a valve grinder. Valve seating angles: inlet : 120° exhaust: 90° Radius the corners of the valve heads to approx- 0.5 mm at "'b". The width ''1" of the seat must be between 0.8 and 1.2mm. Use the following grinding wheels :
