- that the lower pivot screws are correctly positioned in the bearing holes. - that the leads pass through the hole at the bottom of the headlamp body. - that the hole at the top of the headlamp body is fitted with a rubber plug (if not, the air pressure when travelling fast may raise the headlamp), - that the plated headlamp rim is of the type designed for headlamps with self- levelling device.
