Still on it. Got many things properly sorted out. The electrics are pretty much done. A few small problems still, but not bad! I even got the flex pipe onto the down pipe with the proper bracket, etc! Not an easy chore, as you know. If it leaks, I’ll TIG weld it shut.
I replaced the pressure regulator. I got a rebuilt one from Chris Dubuque. I left it in the factory location. Lon talked me into leaving it that way. Another not-easy chore!
I believe the old pressure regulator stuck open. So I had two blown spheres and a top-leaking regulator. Now with that done, I think I have no leaks!
I got the parts to make the rear spheres I need from Paul Anderson, so later this week I’ll do that.
Today I’m buttoning up the air ducts to the brakes. Tomorrow, the aluminum and fabric radiator air scoops. Then it should be good to go on a short road test? Plates are the next step.
