...on the top tier of a car carrier. Second car from last, I am told. It may get here tomorrow, or the following day. Boston suburb. Going up the carrier ramps, out West, it was moving - '67 DS21 - for the first time in 15 going on 20 years. This will be my first Citroen, and it's a project. I've read all the "no working hydraulics" posts I could find and I kinda dread the last 300 unpaved feet to my driveway. I think the 18-wheeler transporter will unload the DS around the corner and I'll beg AAA to send a "hot shot" flatbed or a front wheel pincer. Then I'll throw copious amounts of cash at the tow driver and hope we won't rip out the DS suspension arms nor tow hooks, and will not bottom out.
For those who know: will removing the rear fenders help? Hot shot or wheel pincers? The DS is about 3" off the ground.

Trying to visualize the steps: ...cut the old belt? (probably too old to reuse anyway), find drill mountable pulley and proper belt?
...only rechargeable drill possible where the car gets unloaded (but have 3 batteries; with moderate load, I guess it can spin for 10 minutes or so - feasible to pump the car up on 14.4 volts ?
